Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LFGolf (the "Service") — including the organizer console, the tournament web viewer, and the LFGolf mobile and tablet apps. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Using our service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an organizer account. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials — and any tournament PINs or course passcodes issued to you — secure. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.

2. Tournaments and player data

Organizers are responsible for the rosters, player names, handicaps, and scores they enter into the Service, and for having the right to share tournament links and leaderboards with participants and spectators. Scores and leaderboards are provided for event administration and are not an official handicapping record.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans — per-tournament payments and recurring subscriptions — are billed in advance through our payment provider. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our prices with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including its live scoring infrastructure

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service, and cancel any subscription, at any time.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Live scores, leaderboards, GPS distances, and pace-of-play information depend on user input and device connectivity and may be incomplete or delayed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LFGolf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect.
